Anthropic goes full-stack: agents run inside your network, SDK tooling, and 300K PwC seats

Today's pattern is vertical integration at speed. Anthropic isn't just shipping models; it's owning the entire stack from pre-training (Karpathy hire) to SDK tooling (Stainless acquisition) to enterprise runtime (MCP Tunnels, managed agents). PwC's 300K-seat Claude Code rollout is the clearest signal yet that enterprises aren't evaluating AI anymore, they're deploying it. Meanwhile the security debt is compounding: an RCE pattern in Claude Code and transitive prompt injection in multi-agent pipelines both shipped this week. The faster the stack grows, the faster the attack surface grows with it.
